Refund Policy

This is a summary of our refund policy. For the full legal terms, please refer to Section 7 of our Terms of Service.

1. No Refunds Policy

Because we provide immediate access to dedicated cloud infrastructure and API keys upon purchase, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing, but we do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of the current month.
  • AI Credits / Top-ups: Non-refundable. Once purchased, credits are applied to your account and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal Waiver

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital services once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By purchasing a subscription or credits from Clawi.ai, you request immediate performance of the contract (provisioning of your server instance and keys) and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

  • Service Continuation: After cancellation, your service will continue to function until the end of the current billing period.
  • No Future Charges: You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • Data Deletion: After your subscription ends, your instance and data may be deleted immediately.

4. Service Interruptions

As an experimental service relying on third-party AI models (like OpenRouter), we do not offer refunds for downtime, service interruptions, or AI hallucinations/errors.

5. Conflict with Terms of Service

This page is provided for convenience. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
